Privacy Policy

InspectGeo is a service that analyses whether websites can be read and cited by artificial intelligence systems and whether they are ready for AI agents. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have over it, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018).

1. What data we collect

When you use InspectGeo we collect the URL of the site you want to analyse and the technical results of the analysis (score, signals found and recommendations). We may also collect the access data common to any website, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the service running. If you arrived through a campaign link, we also keep the parameters of that link (source, campaign and ad click identifier).

If you use the option "Email me this report", we collect the data below, solely to send the report you asked for and so that InspectGeo can contact you about the result. It is only sent after your explicit confirmation (consent checkbox) at the moment of sending:

Those last three items are recorded as evidence of your consent.

If you use the button "Want some help?", we collect the same data (in that case the phone number is required), plus the site address and the message you write, to reply to your request. Consent is given the same way, through the form checkbox.

2. How we use the data

We use this information solely to produce and display your analysis, to let you return to a previous analysis through its link, to email the report when you ask for it, to keep the service secure and running, to understand in aggregate how InspectGeo is used and to measure our ad campaigns (section 5).

3. Storage

We keep your analysis data (and, where applicable, the report form data) for as long as needed to provide the service. The form data (name, email and phone) is stored in our CRM, the system where we organise contacts, so we can respond to your request and, if you allow it, send you offers. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time through the contact channel below.

4. Cookies and third-party tools

We use Google Analytics to understand in aggregate how InspectGeo is used (pages visited, traffic sources and so on). That tool may use cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out extensions at any time, without losing access to InspectGeo. We also load third-party fonts and libraries (Google Fonts, Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js) needed for the site to render.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by infrastructure, email delivery and analytics providers (such as Google) to operate the service. When you ask for the report, or ask for help for the first time, we notify advertising platforms of that conversion so we can measure our ad campaigns — whether or not you ticked the offers box, which only covers receiving news from us. The notice carries your email, your phone number (if provided), your name and your approximate location masked (hashed, which cannot be reversed), plus your IP address, your browser identifier and, if you came from an ad, the click identifier, which those platforms require as they are. We do this on the basis of legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX). To object to this use or ask for deletion, write to the contact below.

6. Your rights

Under the LGPD you may ask at any time for: confirmation that we process your data, access to that data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, and deletion of data processed with your consent.
