InspectGeo is a service that analyses how ready websites are for artificial intelligence agents. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have over it, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018).

1. What data we collect

When you use InspectGeo we collect the URL of the site you want to analyse and the technical results of the analysis (score, signals found and recommendations). We may also collect the access data common to any website, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the service running.

If you use the option "Email me this report", we collect the data below, solely to send the report you asked for and so that InspectGeo can contact you about the result. It is only sent after your explicit confirmation (consent checkbox) at the moment of sending:

• Name and email entered in the form;
• Phone number, if you choose to provide one;
• IP address, date and time and browser identifier (user agent) at the moment of consent;
• Approximate location (country, region and city) derived from the IP address.

Those last three items are recorded as evidence of your consent.

2. How we use the data

We use this information solely to produce and display your analysis, to let you return to a previous analysis through its link, to email the report when you ask for it, to keep the service secure and running, and to understand in aggregate how InspectGeo is used.

3. Storage

We keep your analysis data (and, where applicable, the report form data) for as long as needed to provide the service. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time through the contact channel below.

4. Cookies and third-party tools

We use Google Analytics to understand in aggregate how InspectGeo is used (pages visited, traffic sources and so on). That tool may use cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out extensions at any time, without losing access to InspectGeo. We also load third-party fonts and libraries (Google Fonts, Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js) needed for the site to render.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be processed by infrastructure, email delivery and analytics providers (such as Google) strictly to operate the service.

6. Your rights

Under the LGPD you may ask at any time for: confirmation that we process your data, access to that data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, and deletion of data processed with your consent.
