DNS-AID (DNS-based discovery)

Why it matters

It is the lowest possible discovery layer: it happens at DNS resolution, before any HTTP request. An agent or discovery service can ask DNS 'does this domain have an agent/MCP/A2A endpoint?' without visiting the site — useful for discovery at scale and for cases where the agent decides whether the site is worth visiting before spending a connection.
